Allen's is presently looking for asphalt workers to fill several roles to make up our fourth asphalt crew.

Several positions require some industry experience however Allen's will be prepared to provide training to applicants with the right aptitude.

Generally as a new inexperienced team member training commences in the techniques of site preparation, raking hot mix asphalt and awareness of safety and environment aspects at job sites.

Having an industry Blue Card Ticket is desirable however those without will complete the test as part of the Allen's induction process.
